While scoring big government contracts, Karim Abdul Batatawala has duped–allegedly–the entire military command into signing documents they ought not to; presented dubious contract documents to Police without being arrested.

He exorbitantly overpriced goods, delivered goods a decade after the LPO was given to him and changed prices of goods after the goods were already delivered.

But on 26th March 2012, three of his companies signed, on the same day, three contracts bearing the same wording and phrasing. That mistake proved to be his undoing.
